Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our website. Using the website www.rosesandmore.ro implies full acceptance of these provisions.

2. Definitions

User: Any natural or legal person accessing the website.

Customer: The person who places an order on the website.

Products: Flower bouquets, floral arrangements or other accessories sold on the website.

3. Intellectual Property

All content elements (texts, images, design, logo, graphics) are the exclusive property of Roses and More SRL and are protected by Law no. 8/1996 on copyright. Their use without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

4. Orders and Delivery

4.1. Orders are placed exclusively online through the website.

4.2. Order confirmation is made by e-mail or telephone.

4.3. The delivery time is specified upon completion of the order and may vary depending on the destination.

4.4. Deliveries are made only in the locations available in the list displayed on the website.

5. Prices and Payment

5.1. All prices are expressed in lei (RON) and include VAT.

5.2. Payment is made online, securely, by bank card.

5.3. The seller is not responsible for any bank fees applied by the card issuing bank.

6. Right of Withdrawal (Return)

According to OUG 34/2014, customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days, with the following important exceptions:

Perishable products: Fresh flowers and floral arrangements cannot be returned due to their perishable nature.

Personalized products: Bouquets made to specific order.

Return conditions: Returns are only accepted for non-perishable products (e.g. vases, accessories), unused and in the original packaging.

7. Liability and Guarantees

7.1. Given the artisanal nature, there may be slight differences in shade or arrangement of the flowers compared to the presentation photos.

7.2. We reserve the right to replace certain flower varieties (depending on seasonality), while maintaining the value and theme of the arrangement.

8. Data Protection (GDPR)

We process your data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

Purpose: Order fulfillment, invoicing and commercial communication (with your consent).

Rights: You have the right to access, rectify and delete your data.

9. Disputes

This contract is governed by Romanian law. Any conflict will be resolved amicably. If this is not possible, the jurisdiction lies with the courts of Bucharest.

10. Final Provisions

The seller reserves the right to modify these terms without prior notice, the updated version being always available on this page.
