🕒 Delivery Schedule

Our deliveries are carried out according to the following schedule:

Monday – Friday: between 10:00 – 18:00.

Saturday and Sunday: No standard deliveries.

Exception: Public holidays or special events (you will be informed in advance on the website or social media).

🚚 Delivery Methods

To guarantee the freshness of our products, we use the following transportation methods:

Roses and More's own fleet: Dedicated to orders from Bucharest and surrounding areas.

Glovo service: Used for fast deliveries, depending on availability and exact location.

Note: The specific delivery method and estimated time frame will be communicated to you upon order confirmation.

⚠️ Important Information

For a flawless experience, please consider the following:

Data Accuracy: Make sure that the delivery data (address, phone) is correct. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.

Recipient Absence: If the delivery cannot be completed due to the recipient's absence or inability to access, we will contact you by phone to reschedule.

Special Orders: Deliveries outside of standard hours can only be made with prior confirmation from our team.
