At Roses & More, our mission is for each bouquet to bring joy and emotion. Given that our products are perishable (natural flowers), the return policy applies under specific conditions, according to the legislation in force for products that can deteriorate quickly.

🌸 Return Acceptance Conditions

We accept returns or refunds of the order value only in exceptional cases, namely if the flowers arrive in a visibly degraded condition that does not meet the promised quality standards.

To process the request, it is necessary to:

Contact us within a maximum of 48 hours from the time of delivery.

Send clear photos that highlight the condition of the products at the time of receipt to the email address.

Keep the products until the case is resolved (in certain situations, it may be necessary to pick them up for physical evaluation).

❌ Situations where returns are NOT accepted

We cannot offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

The request is made after 48 hours from delivery.

The flowers were stored in inappropriate conditions (lack of water, direct exposure to sunlight or heat sources, electricity).

The deterioration is caused by improper handling by the customer or recipient after receipt.

Minor differences in shade or degree of opening of the flowers (as these are natural products, their appearance may vary slightly).

💳 Solution Options

If the return request is approved following the evaluation of the photos, you can opt for:

Full refund of the amount paid (the money will be returned to the card used for payment within 5-10 business days).

Reordering and delivery of a new product, in the shortest possible time, depending on stock availability.
